Class Policies

For more class details, see FAQ's at www.creativemusicsb.com/littlewaves Pricing Structure: 1) RESERVATION FEE ($50 per child): The one-time reservation fee of $50 secures your child's spot for the duration of the entire 8-week session. You cannot reserve a spot for a single class within the 8-week session. The reservation fee is required for each child in your family above 1 years old. If you miss a class during the session, you do not receive a portion of your reservation fee back. The reservation fee is non-refundable after the first session of class. 2) CLASS FEE ($10 per family, when you come): Once you have reserved your child's spot, you pay $10 for your family when you attend a class. Cancellation Policy: The "Reservation Fee" of $50 per child is non-refundable after the start of the first class session. If you have reserved your child's spot, but must drop out of the class, you forfeit the Reservation Fee of $50. You will not need to pay Class Fee's for any of the classes you do not attend. (Class fee's amount to $80 for the full session.) Release of Liability: By registering for this class, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1) I understand that I, the parent or guardian of the registered child, am fully responsible for my child's behavior and actions upon arrival of the premises until departure. I am fully responsible for my child's behavior and actions during the entirety of the class program, and take full responsibility for any damage or harm my child causes to property or other class participants. 2) I understand that participation in Little Waves may involve physical activity and the use of musical instruments, which carry a certain risk of injury or property damage. 3) I assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the program, whether on or off the premises where the class is held. 4) I release Creative Music South Bay, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from or related to participation in the program. 5) I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical or behavioral conditions that may affect my child’s participation in the program. 6) I understand that I may be responsible for the repair or replacement of any equipment or instruments damaged by my child during the class. By completing this registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Release of Liability.
